If you follow this solo adventure since a little while, you already know that the best cargo option to ship my car is in Hamburg (Germany). The departure date is on 01/04 and I have to deliver Rafiki to the ferry terminal on 24/03.
So I decided to leave Turkey 2 days ago. Since then, I’ve been crossing 5 borders (Turkey - Bulgaria - Serbia - Hungary - Slovakia - Czech Republic, where I am now).
How incredible it is to be able to cross borders so easily and freely. I feel blessed and I wish we all of us around the world to be able to feel this freedom.
I’ll be arriving in Germany tomorrow and I’m going to spend the night around Berlin, before Hamburg on Tuesday.
I’m feeling a bit disappointed by the very cold weather (which is completely normal at that period!) but I’m just saying this because I would have loved to go wild camping with my truck for the last few days. Hopefully I’ll give it another try in Germany!
I do not want to think about what I’m going to do without Rafiki. I do not realise anything atm. Time flies and I’m exhausted. I do not even realise this expedition. I feel like it’s unreal. I need some time to process all these things.
