Because it’s way too easy to make it sounds beautiful and enchanting. But again, life is not a fairytale.
‘Money is dirty’, ‘it’s bad to earn money’, ‘it’s bad to succeed’, ‘something must be wrong’, ‘cheater’, ‘this is my old life’, ‘this is not me anymore’, ‘I have changed’.
I perfectly understand one needs to ‘change’ their life since they realized they were probably not following their own life path. I did, personally.
When we have the chance to wake up, both the chance and the courage to make it happen, then we shouldn’t deny that different parts of our personality, of our ages, the stages we were at and the transformation process.
Because thanks to our own evolution we become who we truly are.
Money is not dirty. Money helps to realise a project, a dream, to pay an education system, to enjoy life, to heal from a disease, to live. So much.
To have an ‘old life’ does not exist to me anymore. We cannot have regrets about who we were at some stage(s) of our life. It brought us to somewhere essential: to ourselves.
And we keep building this Self until we disappear from Mother Earth.
I personally do not have regrets. I’m so proud to have fought for what I live today. My country allows me to go to school and to detain a great and easy passport too.
We do not travel the way I travel, alone, for no reason.
There is a passion but also a rage behind it, a desire to get back to the roots, a strong desire to live for myself, finally, to be selfish, and to understand many things…
Today, I still do not understand everything, but I became the hero of my own life, at least.
And I sincerely hope you are the hero of yours.
