He took good care of Rafiki: full service check, parts replacement, load bed repairs, and…a solar panel (+MPPT charger controller + long cable) for gift!
I couldn’t feel happier -and even more self sufficient- with this new equipment. The only issue: to find a way to fix the solar on the roof of the cab -to dangerous to keep it inside, its sharp angles next to my eyes.
On these photos, I arrived to that new place owned by a friend of friend: the beautiful @kambati_river_resort_ , where I was excited (like a little girl!!) to try the solar out!
Nice story to know: if you have watched my Youtube video 2 weeks ago, this is the place where I slept alone with Rafiki for the VERY FIRST time in Africa!
