Lately I’ve been thinking, re thinking, OVERthinking my adventure, my life, my car, my near future (always this thinking mind, but it’s the way it is these days, during such an experience here in Africa, alone).
Planning is ruining life’s mysteries, I reckon. And I’m supposed to live life day by day with this overland expedition promises. But sometimes, planning becomes necessary and it’s not an option anymore.
So earlier today, I spent a few hours checking my finances and my heart’s desires. One is almost empty while the other has never been so full. But I got to that conclusion: I’ll keep traveling in 2023, and probably for the whole year. Either I find a job somewhere or remotely, you’ll see me traveling.
Well…you’ll see me OVERLANDING with Rafiki. That’s for sure. You’ll see me flirting with Africa, accomplishing the love story. But don’t be surprised if you see me somewhere else in the world, wherever the universe decides to bring me, I’ll be ready.
Life’s precious and ours unique. After one year on the road, I’ve got more questions and I feel even more curious. I still do not want a sedentary life and I’m still not ready to receive the answers. Let me seek the world, give me some more time to fall in love with my life.
Because what I’m experiencing is actually an exceptional way to inner peace and powerful freedom. These are not just words to sound nice and poetic, these are truth. This is my truth.
